To book our show: As easy as 1,2,3.

(1) Call our office to discuss your dates and requests.
(2) Download and print out the DOWNLOAD Hypnosis-contract

* MUST READ – EXAMPLE: If you want us to perform on a Friday May 1st at 12 midnight then you will need to specify that our set up time is on May 1st at 11:pm and our performance is at 11:59 PM for May 1st. Our performance would go from Friday May 1st into Saturday morning May 2nd.

Double check the dates you have listed on the contract and make sure they are correct.

Your dates are NOT guaranteed until we receive the contract and the retainer fee within five business days from the original phone conversation. Mail priority mail with signature required. If your payment does not clear, then the contract will be voided and your dates will no longer be honored.

(3) You will receive a confirmation phone call from us confirming that we have received your contract with retainer fee and that the dates are now secured.

It is best to send this contract same day as your phone call for your booking. If we have not received the contract with retainer fee for more than 5 business days from the original phone call that you booked, then the dates you requested may soon be filled with another contract and your contract with retainer fee will be returned.

(4) pre-show-instructions:

(UPDATE: If we are traveling to you by auto, and we are using our own sound system, then all we need from you is a place to perform, chairs and electricity, We are self contained. The stage set up in the contract is if we are flying into your event, or if you are providing a sound system that you prefer us to us. It is best to call DR H and discuss any questions you may have.

The stage is optional and not required even though it is best to have the stars of the shows elevated for all to see.

( This form not required but it will help us to better meet your requirements and expectations.

Note: Without your paid retainer and a signed contract your date is not secure. Once we have received your paid retainer with the contract your date will be secure. If we have not received this information within 5 business day from the time of booking, we will assume that you have changed your mind about our program agreement and we will fill the date with the next requested paid contract. Over the years we have had many who will call and book over the phone yet fail to follow through with securing their part of the contract leaving us with open dates that cannot be filled on short notice. For this reason we have had no choice but to encourage those who book with us to get their contract and paid retainer to us as soon as possible in order to secure their show date with us. It is our goal to give you the best professional show possible and to make the business part of the contracting with us as easy and unstressful as possible. We look forward to fulfilling your entertainment needs.
