Hypno-Massage -
Integrative Balancing of Mind & Body
You've heard of the therapeutic health benefits of massage therapy. You've heard about the powerful healing qualities and life changing aspects of hypnosis.
Imagine what can be achieved by combining them together!
We call this "Hypno-Massage".
When Hypnosis is added in just the right way to Massage Therapy, a perfect compliment, healing balance can be established that can achieve levels of health that neither can alone.
Here's how this works:
During the massage the client receives powerful hypnotic suggestions while relaxing and healing the body. These suggestions are custom designed for each individual need (see below).
Sometimes old injuries may still be locked in the "muscle memory" of the body and preventing healing. The unique combined practice of hypno-massage helps clear emotional trauma and speed healing. Some clients have even cleansed themselves of old emotional trauma, shed tears and felt lighter both physically and emotionally.
We are uniquely trained to apply hypno-massage to keep your therapeutic session safe and effective. Prior to the hypno-massage we conduct a
mini-interview to determine your specific needs and possible benefits that can be derived from hypno-massage. This is a complete mind and body experience.
You will feel a lifted sprit, renewed energy and profound enhancement in many areas of your life. This specialty is performed only by
Dr H who is a certified hypnotist as well as a massage therapist, and understands the powerful nature of this treatment.
Areas of benefit offered by hypno-massage include:

* Massage therapy promotes the release of endorphins that act as the body's natural pain killers thus helping to relieve both chronic and acute pain, all without the use of unnatural drugs.
* Massage therapy has an amazing effect on your body's nervous and immune systems. By activating the body's natural systems to counteract negative responses to stress, body function is directly and immediately improved.
Your therapist is trained to signal the body to begin this healing process. Through massage, as your body slows down and your blood pressure lowers, your heart rate settles and your breathing becomes deeper and more rhythmic, priming you for a perfect night's sleep.

Various experiments have shown that touch can:
a) make us feel better about ourselves and our surroundings;
b) have a positive effect on children's language development and IQ
